Imerovigli is a picturesque village located in the northern part of Santorini.

Its name comes from the word "vigla", which means point of view. In the olden days, from that point, the villagers observed the dangerous pirate ships approaching the island. Today Imerovigli is one of the most beautiful and recognizable traditional settlements.
